How it works

  2. 2

Put them in the order you want.

  3. 3

Merge, then save the combined PDF.

Good to know

  • Files are combined in the order shown.
  • Bookmarks from the original files are not carried over yet.

Why it's private

  • Processed in your browser

The tool runs on your device. There is no upload step and no server that receives your files.

  • Works offline

Wait for Offline ready before disconnecting. OCR and Office conversion also need their engines saved on this device.

  • No ads or trackers

Tool pages load no ads, no analytics scripts and no third-party code.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Your browser reads and combines the files on this device. To check, open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab and run a merge: no file is sent.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. Once this page has loaded, it keeps working offline.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Yes. Enter the file's password when asked. It is used on this device only. The merged file is not password-protected, so store it with care.

How many files can I merge?

Up to 50 files. Each file can be up to 200 MB on a computer and 50 MB on a phone, because the work happens in your device memory.

Is anything left out of the merged file?

Bookmarks aren't carried over yet, and fillable form fields may stop being fillable. Page content is kept as it is.
